A Legacy of Demanding Justice
.avif)
For Angela Frazier, the fight for justice is literally in her blood.
In 1956, a dangerously installed power line tragically killed her grandfather, J. Marvin Elliott. Her family refused to accept a cheap settlement from a negligent corporation, taking their fight all the way to the South Carolina Supreme Court. Their landmark victory established the state's legal precedent for wrongful death and punitive damages.
Growing up with that legacy, and watching her father, Senator Dick Elliott, dedicate 30 years to serving the people of South Carolina in the state legislature, Angela learned the true meaning of relentless advocacy. She founded her own firm to provide that exact same fierce protection to injury victims across the Upstate. When powerful insurance companies and hospital administrators try to bully injured people, Angela steps in to level the playing field and demand absolute accountability.
I was lucky to have parents who were great role models. Their value system and strong work ethic were ingrained in me from a very young age.

Formidable Legal Experience
Angela knows exactly how massive corporations and insurance conglomerates operate. She earned her Bachelor of Arts from Columbia College and her Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law. Recognizing that personal injury cases are often massive financial battles, she later secured a Master of Business Administration from Clemson University. This unique financial background gives her a distinct edge when calculating the true lifetime cost of a catastrophic injury and shutting down lowball settlement offers.
Her career includes valuable experience working in Washington, D.C., within the U.S. Senate Commerce Committee, practicing law in Myrtle Beach for 3 years, and then 4 years as a partner in a Greenville business law firm.
In 2012, she opened her own practice, covering personal injury and family law. Today, as the driving force behind Elliott Frazier Injury Law, she focuses her aggressive work ethic entirely on holding negligent drivers, medical providers, and property owners accountable for the devastation they cause.

Angela Frazier holds an AV Preeminent® rating from Martindale-Hubbell, the highest recognition in the legal profession for ethical standards and professional excellence.
Watching my dad through many years of service to the community is one of the reasons I wanted to go to law school. Now I’m grateful that I have the opportunity to serve clients in the Upstate community. Now I have a chance to give back.

Life Outside the Courtroom
When she is not dismantling insurance company defenses or preparing a case for trial, Angela is a devoted mother and wife. She loves spending time with her husband, two children, and their two Boykin Spaniels, Gryffin and Gracie. You can often find her horseback riding, cooking for her family, or reading World War II historical fiction.
Every case Angela takes is personal. She knows firsthand how quickly a sudden act of negligence can devastate a family, and she knows exactly how to fight to put the pieces back together.
